We are in the process of having a privacy policy written for this blog. We don’t currently collect any information from our visitors but we would like to start taking pols from visitors on a range of issues. We turned to the web in search of a privacy policy provider and a template for some website terms of use and came across these two sites Website Terms and Conditions and this one offering free privacy policy templates all for free. Its unusual to get something for free so we were plesently suprised.

Both sites offer free documents but do request that you acknowledge on your site wher the document originated from. You do have to be a little careful as the documents are designed for use on UK websites and only cater for the more basic of websites and blogs. If you are running an ecommerce store of any sort then you should really invest in getting a solicitor to review your terms and privacy policy before you put them onto your website.
